The Atlantic Ocean Racing Series for 2019 (AORS 2019) will consist of five races. Three races, including the TR 2019, will be required to qualify. Races will be weighted equally at 1.0 with the exception of the TR 2019 which will be weighted 1.5. Cox-Sprague points will be awarded based on the IRC fleet corrected finishes in the individual race in the Series to accommodate the difference in fleet sizes. A yacht will be scored in the Series using its best two finishes in addition to the TR 2019. The five qualifying races and their starting dates are:

RORC Caribbean 600 - February 18, 2019

Antigua - Bermuda Race - May 8, 2019

Transatlantic Race 2019 - June 25, 2019

Rolex Fastnet Race - August 3, 2019 

Rolex Middle Sea Race - October 2019

Participation in each qualifying race will be subject to the NOR and Sailing Instructions as established by each race's Organizing Authority. The respective Organizing Authority for each race in the AORS 2019 includes the Royal Ocean Racing Club, in association with the Royal Antigua Yacht Club for the RORC Caribbean 600; the Antigua Bermuda Race Organizing Committee of the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club ; the New York Yacht Club Regatta Association for the TR 2019; the Royal Ocean Racing Club for the Rolex Fastnet Race; and the Royal Malta Yacht Club, in association with the Royal Ocean Racing Club for the Rolex Middle Sea Race.
